High quality combine - A Mod for Half-Life 2.
The textures are (2048x2048 resolution) double that of the vanilla ones. I have replaced or enhanced the textures via photoshop.
Installation instructions in the download.

EDIT: Due to a request I have retextured the Soldier_stripped model, I took some liberties with it so if you don't want it just delete the "soldier_stripped" folder.
I also added optional textures that better fit Episode 2.
EDIT 2: You can use these skins however you want, no need to ask me since I'll probably take forever to respond. :)

My only gripe is I think that the Zombine doesn't look bloody enough like the original. You could make an extra file for a more bloody version for those who want it.

Gotta say, these look fantastic, though I do have a few gripes with these stylistically.
I don't really like how their armor looks like traditional kevlar and metal. If you look closely their vests have this subtle cell-like structure, where instead of it having small depressions in the surface like a fabric, it has small protrusions in the surface, almost like styrofoam. The armor parts probably would look better if you went for a less traditional metal texture and more of a polymer kind of feel.
That's just my opinion though. Regardless of how I feel about these stylistically, they're still incredible. Great work!-

You have no idea how amazing it feels to finally see a high quality mod that improves the Combine Soldiers without changing the original style and look of the Combine Soldiers and/or add a bunch of stuff to them that makes them look off. I have waited for a mod like this for years!
These are even better then the original Combine Soldiers! I'm using this mod every time i play Half-Life 2, Gmod and every single source mod for Half-Life 2 now. This is definitely a must-have mod for Half-Life 2!-
