I have some findings and observations: 1- Wrong textures.
2- All those "manivel" things are non solid. You can put them some CLIP.
3- Ladder not properly working, can be dangerous.
4- I don't know if its intentional but the spotlight models seem to be using regular light entities. Shouldn't they be using light_spot? 5- I know that you said that is intentional but this is horrible. Players get stuck in here, the only way to get in is to jump pusing or croush. Put an invisible ramp - aligning between the inside floor and the corridor - with CLIP, the gameplay will be better.
6- You forgot to do something with this, I think. It belongs to the door that is in the other side?
7- The map could use some more details in those small rooms with desks. Maybe drink and food machines, one or two plants, office instruments like pencils, notebooks... Map looks like abandoned, but it isn't true, there are a couple of working laptops. Map is very fun to play. You broke the standard about relatively small fight yard maps, if not the first, the coolest. The map is fun to play and looks good!
