Description : Something evil has taken over the long forgotten fortress to the south. You need to travel there and find out what these forces are up to and if you can, destroy them. Yeah, I cooked up that "story" in about thirty seconds. * Play Information * Single Player : Yes Cooperative : No Deathmatch : No * Construction * Base : New level from scratch Build Time : About 3 weeks on and off Editor(s) used : Worldcraft 3.3 Known Bugs : Nothing that I'm aware of * Install instructions * To play this map unzip the resurrection.bsp file into quake\id1\maps, in case you don't have a folder called "maps" just create one. Next launch the game and open the console using the tilde key, select your skill level first by typing skill # (with # being the actual difficulty level, i.e. 0 = easy, 1 = normal, 2 = hard and 3 = nightmare) and then hitting enter. Finally, with the console still open, type map resurrection and hit enter. The map should now load. Enjoy. Notes: Some source port modifications may work better than others but those that I've tested, Fitzquake (best one), ProQuake and DarkPlaces (looks great with the dynamic lightings and shadows but some areas look a bit bright) all worked fine. * Copyright / Permissions * Authors MAY NOT use this level as a base to build additional levels.
