bhop_cherry - A Mod for Counter-Strike: Source

bhop_cherry is a ~1min linear auto/ezhop map. There are no checkpoints, only one long and fast course with a few skips to find (some are obvious.) There is also a short bonus stage included.

    If I ever get back into surf, it will be finished, but as of right now surf_liminal is kinda abandoned. The sort of 'freestyle gate' system was very awkward for surf so I turned it into this multiple-route linear map, idk. it was going well but I started to get bored of surf.
     
    As for future projects, bhop_cubic is still in the works and looking like it's gonna be a 10 minute long map, and I might copy the checkpoint system from surf_liminal and throw it into another small map like this one.

    I know flat textures and minimal stuff is overdone in bhop but I did try to make this one stand out more than just "flat white and coloured lights." It's just very fun to design and work with these styles.

    I imagine if you rework it its a more viable option either way don't use mass amounts of filters for non linearity, bhop_speedrun_four is an example of a completely working system (OnTrigger is really good for being abusable like that cause it fires 1 person at a time) and so is tony's more efficient system (here) that I helped him with the logic behind it. Of course these prefabs don't need to be used exactly as collection points but can be used to create non linear levels in any way.
