This was ripped from Team Forbidden's website and was most likely without permission to be edited. Information from readme attached to official download: "You may not modify\port\duplicate any portion of this map without the express written consent of Team Forbidden." And as this map was created in 2006, this couldn't be the same author and released a year later. The REAL download to the official mappack is located here: http://www.team-forbidden.net/downloads/forbidden_aim_map_pack_1.zip I can be mistaken, but myself I strongly dislike people who rip maps and edit them without original author permissions, so I shall take a chance and report this. perhap remove the weapons, add a buyzone - so its a perfect fy map and can be used as gungamemap ^^
