This is my first attempt at an actual, playable map. It's a fairly small map.

I really just went with what felt good. I'm open to suggestions for improving the map!

    Me and rodger and bots played this. pretty good, pretty standard, we had fun.

    pros
    -basic shapes
    -good size
    -good style
    -breakable window panes

    cons
    -asian styled map in eternal alpha

    It feels empty at the moment but you definetly made a nice map to continue working on. I can see only by screenshots that it was made by a rather new guy - not much detail and lighting that looks off. Is it just white? I suggest giving your lamps a bit more bluish (or yellow, depends on what suits your map best) tint and work on your lighting in general. There are a lot of tutorials on that including the one from series by TopHattWaffle. Saying it quickly - play with light values, do not place lights close to the walls (offset your light entity ~32 units from the wall) and take a look about what env_sprite with a glow texture is. 

    That being said, it does not look like a bad map at all, especially considering it is your first. A good hint i heared once and after that tell everyone - make sure a wall is not just a wall. Add geometry, decals and props that stand out - breathe life into your map and make it feel like a real place. The less blocky and corridor your map looks - the more real and detailed it looks.

    The layout looks pretty interesting u shuld drop some photos of the map in hammer its cool to see ur geometry work. I assume ur using area portals this time. Don't be afraid to add props like a mad man. Really bring ur maps to life. Ive maxed out my props on almost all my maps to see what its capable of. My latest map dea_drn0s_nuclear_facility is like my pearl of hundreds of hours piling and propping shit up gone to waste. I love it!

    Hello, I am waiting for final version, bc I see you do this with passion and I think your map is nice, I tried version v1.0 and thought yeah, this could be a map for a friends public server. So pls go on with your good work, I am watching...
    Maybe bombsite B could be at CT-Spawn, just a suggestion. :)
