It's not terrible, but I wouldn't call it good yet either.
As for being low-poly, you spent most of the geometry on screws and the protective wires over the viewports. If gonna take a wild guess and say that probably happened because you made those details once, and then copy-pasted them around the object. That kind of detail should be added in texturing, if you're trying to conserve polygons. The smaller a feature, the less polygons it should have. That goes as far down as 0, because - as I said - it can be added on the texture.
