Released on Gamebanana | 2013 | KnechtRuprecht
PLEASE DO NOT USE COMMERCIALLY!
Maybe its useful for someone, i know that the texture needs some tweaking in order to look good in Source, but i haven't worked with that engine (yet), so i dont know how to texture things to look good in Source.
Made for Arma 3, but not tested yet (damn importers) so its highly possible that I'm gonna tweak the texture.
Anyway, if you want to make your own textures, you can download the bakes here.
2 texture sheets, because i want to be able to make a different flare rounds ;)
If the .obj is broken for some reason, fbx download here
Btw my portfolio is very WIP and will get updated asap, so pls dont visit it :P

> How do you add diffuse maps in Marmoset 2? I just bought it and can't make up my mind of how to do it :/
Use the `Albedo` channel in the material. If the texture looks too bright click on options on that texture and check if you need to enable sRGB (note that sRGB has to be disabled in Normal Maps or they'll look broken).
For more details be sure to check the first tutorial published so far, and if you want to test the metalness shader take a look at the diving helmet example scene. ;)
Thanks a lot man, it's quite something this model, i like it very much, i've compiled it for a game, well from other garbages uploaded on this site, this model stands out strong ... keep them comin', all the best !
Noone noticed this when opening the obj file?
(whoop, just noticed the max file down there in the comments, carry on)
But you should release the files with seperate parts, it's a bitch to detach the flare holder

> The lack of quality on the models and textures in the mod will make this one look too good, so I would say no to this.
But that's exactly why we mod games - To make them look better.

> Well, this was my reference, it has a little bit less noise. Will fix this.
If you'll change even a tiny bit of the texture, it'll break. It's like trying to stabilize an elephant on a tiny thread. The elephant is your skin. And somehow, you've managed to balance that elephant.

> Would you mind adding a few more file formats like .max or anything else? Those .obj things are usually horrible to work with and if I recall correctly your other models broke upon import (at least for me).
Sure, here you go.
I hope they will work, I'm not able to test them because i dont have 3ds Max/Maya, so i have exported various formats. Please PM me if they work/dont't work :D
