Characters who have been previously rejected from being added to the build due to being too broken/overpowered (mecha sonic, ultra instinct goku, gohan blanco, blade, awakened zero, etc) have been added to the game as possible opponents to be found on classic mode and/or assignable to custom arcade mode routes. They weren't added to the character select screen, however (you can do that by figuring out their cssfull slot number).
Many, MANY existing characters have received overhauls/much needed balance updates. Examples are CSW Cloud, Aya, Hyde, Omega Zero, Ichigo, Shuma, etc.
The Stage Selection for the build has been purged completely quality wise in order to only maintain those stages that are free of issues/bugs. This also contributed in the dramatic reduction of filesize.
All mugs for all characters were resized properly in order to be easier to identify which character is which in a 200 character selection without names under the mugs.
The GFX for the portraits, percents and final smash meters during battle has been changed to the Ultimate-style ones made by Flameout. Same applies to various other miscellaneous graphics.

Finally fixed Milla's Side B reflector move! It now reliably reflects anything projectile you throw at it while also not messing the entire game up if you place the shield's reflecting hitbox on top of an opponent's hurtbox. Pog!
Finally fixed a bug where Mugetsu's back air, up air, down air, uncharged up smash, neutral b, up throw and final smash moves would stop dealing knockback after loading in certain characters beforehand.

The animation speed for both her standing and crouching animations has been lowered so she doesn't look like she just consumed 5 kilograms of sugar.
You can now cancel out of the first hit of her jab into Side Tilt or Up tilt to increase the amount of approaches possible.
You can now cancel out of her Up B by attacking normally during the move; Her Up B has four stages, each determined by the flapping sounds she does with her ears. If you cancel after, say, two flapping sounds, and then attempt using Up B again after the aerial attack you use, you will only be able to use the remaining two flaps before she can no longer use the move. This is to avoid it being abused.
Using her Neutral B and Side B in the air will cause her to hover downwards instead of falling like a rock.
Her Side B reflector is still buggy when used so that the shield overlaps the opponent, but hopefully the issue is less aggressive now.
The ability she has upon being absorbed by Kirby is now Plasma.
His Down B, Side B and Neutral B now make him hover momentarily when used in the air so he doesn't just fall like a rock to his death if used offstage.
His Up B is now cancellable by jumping if you didn't land the first hit (basically you can also cancel it by jumping instead of only by attacking)
