I see that AoM has already mentioned something to you, but I'd like to point out that this is now the second time that you've uploaded functioning ROMs to the site (and technically the third time, considering that you uploaded two submissions with a functioning ROM).
As you were told before, we cannot legally allow ROMs to be on the site, edited or otherwise, as they still contain the full game that they were modified from. If you wish to create and upload content that involves the use of hacking a ROM file in order to make use of your skins, you'll need to provide the resources (i.e., the sprite sheet in the case of skins) by itself, as well as provide instructions on how to install/use the content. Uploading a hacked/modified ROM file will only result in the submission being trashed, just as your two recent submissions were.
As a future note, don't credit yourself just for downloading something that was made by someone else, and don't mark yourself as a creator when all you're doing is redistributing someone else's work. Simply downloading and re-uploading someone else's work doesn't make you the creator of the content in the submission, nor does it mean you contributed to its creation.
Creating a poll for the sake of comparing your submission to another user's won't do anything but create unnecessary drama. Both submissions are different, and people will like what they like; plain and simple.
