This week I'm a little busy but when I find the time (this weekend?) I'll make a paint post full of suggestions, if you are interested in modifying the map before then: some quick pointers
Secret areas are fine, but keep in mind newer players playing the boss might not know map secrets, resulting in long rounds that require regulars to direct hale to combat, which some servers don't even allow.
Good sight lines and positioning are key to making a map "feel" good, merc's need a "killbox" where they want hale to sit and can pour on damage from a relatively safe position.
layers accessible to all classes are awesome... ok fine some paint work since i had an idea
besides that, make sure hallways are wide, mercs generally avoid indoors, and tbh i cant see them wanting to enter the house too much unless you make it huge with a lot of open space... on that note you can make the map larger, the house might feel large already, but for VSH you gotta think big, I would also bring the wall out and add more props, mercs love climbing on things. Think lumberyard, on that map for VSH most people spend time outdoors, but there is incentive to go indoors to cross quickly, usually across the middle.
