Ads keep us online. Without them, we wouldn't exist. We don't have
paywalls or sell mods - we never will. But every month we have large bills
and running ads is our only way to cover them. Please consider unblocking us. Thank you from GameBanana <3
So this is the usual lifecycle of the work I do :-
1. In my initial days I code, learn new programming languages, other stuff regarding app development, etc.
2. Soon after a few years, I become a senior in this, and a few new programmers join and I get to train them.
3. After certain time I also start managing work of even more new joiners, essentially becoming a manager, whilst still also programming.
4. Finally, it becomes a full time management job whereas the programming gradually vanishes away.
So that's why I said that I don't prefer managing team members to be honest. I love the programming aspect much more. Also it does not have to be the way I mentioned above, there are multiple paths where it can flow but for me right now, it is going in that way.
