Well, hello, I'm Capirotada1, maybe you know me for my 1st mod, Spring Yard.
Emerald Hill has always been one of my favorite levels, so I decided to put it here, in my opinion I'm doing a good job, but obviously I want to know what you think hehe.
I have been working on this mod for about 2 or 3 weeks, I had planned to finish the 1st act as the original ends, but in the end I decided to extend it, and include alternative paths, as in Green Hill, so this will be extended, as well as the level (bad joke).
You can try the mod if you want, besides that it would help me a lot if you tell me the bugs you find, and some ideas too.
Oh, and I know that the menu palettes are wrong, I'll try to fix them.

Very good recreation of the original level, but there was one problem: the enemy's placement. I think that put a Buzzer right after a checkpoint isn't the best idea. Also, near the end of EHZ2, there is a Buzzer that snipe at you before you land and you need to jump again in the bounce pad to be sniped again and again and again, until you eventually die. Also in EHZ2, there's a death pit that, if you're not going too fast, you will die. Anyways, it is a good mod and very fun to play, just needed to point out that things.
Very well done! The original stage is recreated almost perfectly and the new layouts are just like what I would expect from a Mania stage. It would've been cool to see some new gimmicks though, like the official Mania levels and some other mods have pulled off.
Also, you may be able to create a similar effect to Coconuts by using the woodpecker enemies from Press Garden. Idk if they will work in Green Hill but it's worth a shot.
