Fixed a problem with Slams and Grenades making too many Edicts and adding to the Entity Limit.
Fixed Console Error (Ignoring unreasonable position).
Picking up a Slam will give the player 5 pieces.
Added optional (game_weapon_manager) it removes Slams and Grenades dropped by dead players.
