When I decided to host a Jam, my first task was to decide what the goal of the Jam was meant to be. I thought to myself "What kind of mods usually have a good reception, and are always fun to make?" and I found myself pondering on the topic of my "Team-themed" Item mods and my "Nostalgic Uniformity" pack. So I decided that skins with unique textures for each team would be the theme of this skinning Jam.
This could be any mod that has a unique texture for each team. Even if it doesn't explicitly follow TF2's color palette. You could have Pink for RED and Cyan for BLU if you really wanted to. Want a busty anime babe laying on the side canvas of your item? You can do that, as long as the texture is different for each team. Mac vs Windows? Go for it!
Already made a cool model for a weapon? You can retroactively make team colored variants of your mod and submit that as an entry.
This Jam isn't restricted to items that aren't team-colored by default either. Don't want to go through the hassle of decompiling models? You can still make a mod for an item or model that already has team variants. Flareguns, player models, Bonk Atomic Punch, Sentry Guns, Intelligence Briefcase, etc.
What's that? You DO want to make a team-colored mod for an item that isn't already team-colored? But you don't know how to do it? NO WORRIES! I've written a tutorial specifically for this Jam so anybody who doesn't know how to do it can READ and LEARN! Even if you've never made a mod for Team Fortress 2 before.
This tutorial will walk you through all the steps!

I look forward to seeing the entries. I hope you all have fun participating!
"But Allen, I'm not sure if my mod idea will fit in. Could you show me a few examples of the type of mods that would fit this Jam?"
Abso-friggen-lutely, I could. But will I? ... Yes... Yes I will.
