I think when I has the CS pirate I had the "slowhack"...

This is called slowhack. It may only happen to non-steam players that don't know where to download proper client. Also, not every server is with slowhack.
It would be interesting to see gamebanana counter strike server. I would try to play it at least once. However, it would require something to make it unique (I suppose that quality maps in gamebanana. Another drawback is different ping in different countries.
If it will be decided to create one, I might help with plugins part in free time.URL to post: -

reconnected from a while to see what happens in gamebanana.......... Yes this is a good idea and i dont want to reinstall my cs because im playing on a zombie and jailbreak seerver and reinstalling my cs means i need to install jailbreak mod and zombie mod again :(.And i dont like that there are bigger maps than 17 mb and the cs downloader dont download fast.
