Approval System - A Blog Post for Baldi's Basics.

Hey everybody. Today we implemented a new system to help improve quality standards in the Baldi section. The system requires all new submissions to be manually approved by a game manager or moderator before they appear publicly. Existing submissions that are getting updated are not subject to approval.

Eventually we will add a whitelist so pre-approved submitters can bypass the approval queue.

Let me know if you encounter any bugs or have any suggestions.
