About Started working on this, one year ago, in time i abandoned it, now i'm back to complete the map. css_mirage_go will be next map in a series of maps developed by me for CS 1.6, this map will follow the regular css maps rules for 1.6
Development This map will contain 3 versions of the map: - standard version - with original sky like in csgo - se version with lower detail level
What i think Well this can be a new best up-coming map for 1.6, because have a lot of details and also a good gameplay and fun, right now i'm killing my brain with lot of details, but is okay, i can't be stopped after all. I will try to make the best i can for this map, but is not so easy at this level. So... i have no idea how much time i need for finishing the map.
That last screenshot was great. Everything is coming together. Light's too yellow though, reminds me of the classic Inferno. Still, it's too early to judge and other than that it's going pretty nicely...
Should there be more lighting ? Textures kinda look dull for me (maybe because you decided to apply shadows on most walls ?).. especially in mid & site-A.. as far as I know, the CS:GO version had a bright day-light and hence the map had a lot of bright areas based on the sun's position and the ones not facing the sun had shadowed surfaces/walls..
maybe I'm jumping-in a bit too early on my opinion ? :D.. do respond, I'm eager to know what your building ;)..
