One thing caught my attention about the displacement that surrounds the map (inside and outside): If I may suggest, double the texture scale of the displacement. Right now, it's looking repetitive and unnatural and I assume you are keeping the standard scale of 0.25.
It would be better to make it 0.5 scale for both X and Y coordinates; the displacement will look more natural and less repetitive, and since it's quite a large map and the displacement is covering a big surface, you'll be reducing the engine overhead for drawing the surface polygons and your fps will increase.
And as I told you before, you really need to take care of the optimization since it's a wide open map, and poor optimization will make it unplayable.
Other than that, it's looking impressive and the details you put so far are noticeable :)
