Save changing for srb2 Android version 2.2.x - A Tutorial for Sonic Robo Blast 2

Save changing tutorial for srb2

Welcome to the tutorial on how to change saves for srb2 Android version 2.2.x but before we start
do not and let me repeat this DO NOT be that one person who's like
What the idiot would say-whoops looks like I deleted my downloads folder so AAAAAA

So don't be him
Alright let's begin.

Step 1-get srb2 (no duh)

You should preferably get it from because it's easier to work with and it's the official port.

Step 2-go to its folder in the Android folder

You most definitely need a file manager so I suggest using rar or Zarchive because their the best I've seen so far.

Step 3-go to the gamedata.dat file and move it out of the srb2 folder

The reason for this is to make sure collision in save files don't happen and also don't worry about the other files because they are separate save files which are for mods so they don't collide with vanilla srb2 saves.

Step 4-get your save file

My suggestion as to where to get a save file is from because they hand out a 100% save file and the download works so you don't need to worry about it being a virus of any sort.

Step 5-copy/cut and then paste said file into the srb2 folder

You don't need to worry about file placement because the file manager should do it for you unless you have a crappy file manager which is why I suggested that and or Zarchive.

Edit- if you've just installed srb2 and there isn't a gamedata.dat file then you can just slap in your custom gamedata.dat file and srb2 will just accept it as the gamedata file.

Well if you've done all the steps correctly then congratulations you have now skipped playing the entire game so enjoy playing as metal Sonic in techno legacy zone.
