pkgtool
- A Modding Tool for Sonic the Hedgehog (2006).
Simple command-line tool for editing Sonic '06 .pkg files; used by the game to control what files are loaded and what parser the game uses to load them on a per-file basis.
To use, simply drag a .pkg file onto pkgtool.exe to get a simple text representation of its contents as a .txt file of the same name. Edit this .txt file to your liking (or just create a new one from scratch) and drag it back onto pkgtool.exe to get a new .pkg file.
There may be bugs since I made this fairly quickly. Please let me know if you encounter any!
