I've only been doing modeling things for about 2 months now, and in an attempt to port a weapon model I've run into a bit of an error.

Have a look:

I've tried rotating the model, with the bones and editing the animations as well, but the model just ended up really... bad.

Also the animations need to be slowed down so if someone could tell me how to fix that...

btw: I'm using ms3d

Use this model viewer to fix origion, and then resave it in the model viewer.

Yeah, so, you'll need to use Paranoia 2 Model Viewer. You'll need to launch a model and open the editor, set edit mode to "real model", and then change your origins. After all alterations are made, you'll just have to save your model

Alternatively, you may add $origin line to your .QC file. Here you can read additional documentation on this matter
