Model Skeleton Appears Bigger Than Usual

My model's skeleton appears fine in blender, but appears triple the size on model viewer,this causes the bones to not work properly and ruins my model, is this QC related? is there a way i can fix this?

    I ran into a problem like this once, only it had far scarier results, some kinda limb monster. Especially when it's animations were applied.
    I had a picture, but I lost it with my old HDD.

    No, I wound up having to export an incredibly small model, then rescale it in the software. I was making it for SFM, so it wasn't a total loss. As for use in game, no I don't have any insight on how to fix that.
