Hi guys! I usually don't ask for help here and try to solve issues by myself, but i have a problem.

How to fix weird snap back to Idle? It happens at the end of every animation.

Notes: I've tried playing with fps, frames and try to edit animations, but i still can't fix it. Is there any easy solution? Thank you for your time.

    AFAIK it's on the game code.

    In Counter-Strike's case, all the guns originally don't have idle animations.

    The thing I noticed in CSGO-related skins is that the inspecting animations are on the idle anims, and are within 3/4ths of the whole animation.

    They won't play well. I tried once reducing the number of frames to reach the inspect animations, but all I got was that annoying snapback.

    If animations cuts off in-game than simply try to change your fps settings in qc file (more or less).

    But this is not about cs:go animation, it's actually about animations for my Aek-971. Animations doesn't cut off, only hands & weapon have weird snap back to idle at the end of every animation (Reload, draw, shoot1, 2, 3) and it's really annoying.

    Ugh... I am a total stranger when it comes to this...

    It must be your qc file structure or the SMD file structure of each animation.

    If not, it could be a bug.

    I think qc file is fine and has nothing to do with it. It maybe animations bug (wrongly exported animations, but i don't think so) or engine fault, honestly i don't know.

    It'll be more likely that way.

    If the anims port is fine, then it's the engine/game code that has the problem.

    And that is very, very hard to change, I'd tell ya.

    It's about Navaro's AK animations. I've tried to compile it for my AEK-971/973 (Not sure). No, animations are fine, but there is weird snap from Draw, Shoot & Reload animations to Idle animation. Hands & Weapon just snaps to idle after animation sequence is over. Anyhow i've used ManTuna's old but still sexy as fuck anims.
