I had the exact same problem when playing CoD4, but everything worked fine.

I have no idea what that means, but I'd suggest these things:

Check if your system specs are good enough for the game

    Re-install the game

I have no idea if these will work, but if they do, no problem. You should try them if this continues.

Run it from the disc or from the game folder or so and see if it helps, steam messes some of my games up too.

If nothing helps contact the customer support.
    Nope!

Then I think you should try to contact customer support or something like that, since that's all the general troubleshooting I know.

32 Bit True Color is a color mode that affects the graphics card, not the OP. DId you even try all these properly?

Odd. MW2 definitely comes with two discs. It could be the antivirus or whatever bugging it.

When I had a crashing problem with CoD4, I fixed it simply by plugging mic in.

Just throwing this in here because it might be helpful since MW2 basically uses same engie.

Also, it's better if you don't play MW2. It's horrible.
Or play on AlterIWnet instead because it has dedicated servers.
