I love playing TF2, so I decided to modify and make my own models.
I started with a modification of Pyro

today I was playing SF4 and I notice that Pyro miss some technics :3
so I open my 3dsmax for two hours and this is what i got

ok more [WIP] so far I still have some issue with my model :( (&#^@ decompiler miss information in the .qc) anyways now I wanna show you some test of the pyro ingame and one test of pyro-girl with jiggle-boob dynamics
and here only for you, (with dinamic boobs in real time)

my idea now is make a special taunt to able tranform the normal model to a new one, so in this way you don't replace the original model just play and if you want press
I hope can making, i still in research mode looking all kind information about .qc and .qci files in order to do it

a bit less weight / form and tits on the original model and we're done... but the default pyro is best imho
Thx all for yours comments, after I finish this character I will start with some new female version of the Soldier
and more [WIP] I think i finish with the modeling part, now I started with the rigging (my favorite part) and I wanna do some special tount animation for her ♥♥♥
No joke... this is the hottest thing i have every seen in TF2 :D bringing together my fav class and a hot chick.. perfection. (i prefer the non bikini model ;])
BTW... valve has referred to the pyro as a SHE a few times.. for all you "its a dude" sayers.
There's a small workaround for that problem: Retexture the skin, so it looks more like a bodysuit setup than the girl Pyro waking up late for battle and not having enough time to find her shirt.
Personally, I'm more privvy to the female Pyro design made by the person who did the female Scout, but I can see this having possibilities as well. Perhaps a little less clown-style bagginess for the pants is in order?
This is hilarious. Figure out how to add a shader to the model that'll make that pixelized censor effect you see on COPS and then remove all her clothes. That'll make people pretty angry, I'd gather.

This makes me want to get into modeling...but alas, i dont have the equipment.
Oh noes!!! you had to take down the topless model! :[ thats depressing.. i know some people would say its degrading or something.. but it really was a really well made model ;]....... and it turned me on..... but anyway... these other clothed models are still really good. and hot.. just not as hot ;]

i agree that it is a lil too naked, but still good modelling u have. My original thought of female pyro is more like catwoman, fully suited ;P

Nice job modelling this, very good work. It'd be interesting to see all 9 female classes. I wouldn't personally use the skins, but I'd commend you on the effort put in. Nice job.

Anyways, pretty good job. Maybe shrink the gloves a bit to match up with the rest of the tiny woman. And maybe... *DUN DUN UUUUUUUUUN* a face? 0_o

I couldn't agree with you more. Virtual females are not my thing, and never will be. It's just plain sad if you want half-naked(or full @_@) girl model to be in a game, especially a FPS.
I'd rather have a hulking man in underwear to replace my pyro than a skimpy, crappy looking girl model; TBH ^_^

no way a skinny woman like that can carry a big bulky and heavy propane tank on her back. If the woman is a bodybuilder or maybe a bit bigger woman it might work. But that skinny woman.... don't think so.
