The Schroet Kommando clan sk's series of maps extensively feature these modified Dust textures. I just completed the set and converted them to be used with dust.
I got the wall, door, crates from aim_sk_awp and the road textures from the map sea_dust.
The changes I made are to modify the wall textures to incorporate the graffiti as seen in the original dust and add bomb location markers to the road.
Glock18 helped out with the crate textures and provided useful feedback after the initial release.
Skymap is forest renamed to be used for Dust [des]. Instead of this, the user can also edit the map using Darkulator to change the skymap to forest rather than replacing des.
Note that de_dust2 has some textures compiled in-BSP. It is not possible for me to change them.
