Target group: 26 is written, so you can see that you have entered the link with the SFX ID (Sound Bank) list.
Try listening to the replaced sound effect if is working.

If you have a Wii, You must to import this file in "sfx" folder, and go to: private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\sfx and Copy and Paste the .sawnd file on your SD Card, and load the Homebrew Channel and Boot The Gecko OS, If you have your SD Card up to 2 GB, such like 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB or 64 GB, boot the MinimaLauncher, and Done.
If your Copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl has insuficient memory to replace the .brsar file, the Wii Scrubber says: "Unable to find free space :(", well, You need to create a Virtual SD Card, and make this same method from the Nintendo Wii real console. Open the WinImage Program, and Inject the folders with the .sawnd file included: private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\sfx\26.sawnd
PS. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE if the brsar file is corrupted. And if some sounds are causing glitches.
