The way he hold the knife remind me of the 1.5 CS animation, infact it look extremely familiar, are you sure you didn't hack that the animation? Be sure to ask permission and give proper credit.
Anyway for the animation, I have to say I love that side slash, it would be much better if CSS actually react dynamically to the attack. Although the animation lack of smoothing and quite robotic, it still pretty cool. Kinda make you feel like a psycho :)

I'm sorry, that video is crap. The camera movement stops me from being able to focus on the animations, and you never showed the idle either.

Ah, much better. As said, they are decent animations, and that's a good re-skin of the default knife, but I'm afraid that this just doesn't really seem like my kind of thing.

Animation: What can I say... They're feasible but they really aren't my cup of tea. The unoccupied hand looks like it's going to conjure up a fireball from oblivion and is generally just awkwardly placed. The stab/slash animations are exactly identical for some reason, which in all honesty just feels unrealistic and weird.

Realism: Well... I'd like to say it's very unrealistic but I guess if you use your imagination you could pretend you are a retarded swat member or something? Retarded in the sense that you are walking around with one hand groping the air and the other hand gripping an upside down knife xD Hah, don't take offense there, I know you only made the skin. As far as realism from the skin comes I'd suggest putting more time into it. It seems to me that you just added a 85-90% black fill on the default texture and cut out one part and repeated with gray. Topping off with some simple d&b.
Texture: Well... I guess I already mentioned my views on the texture so here I'll come with some suggestions instead. First off I highly suggest using a larger resolution for your texture. I've just started doing so myself and the results are really much nicer (providing you don't normal map parts with high contrast). I'd also recommend somehow either making the gray side of the knife blend with the rest of texture or making it stand out more. A simple solution to this would just be to work on your lighting. I hope you don't take too much offense to my possibly obtuse feedback as I really think this skin has potential.

Oh, I checked out some of your other skins and I must say you did a pretty good job at what I mentioned above on your other knife skin. Did you compile this btw?

If I add higher res it gets uber shiny. Only without phong or any other types of shading it works.
