I have modified the vanilla scientists to make them look like the charismatic scientists from Half Life 0.52 or better known as "alpha". I have made all of them using banilla scientists as a base, (specifically, those of LeonelC) Only using some textures from the alpha models.
A little clarification, except for Luther, all the others are based on his alpha counterpart. But precisely with Luther, I have improvised, since there is no model of the most of the beta version.
I have made a normal version and another with the AI of the Half Life Day One models. Since those models have some beta animation, and are compatible with HL1.
Original Barney and Scientist from LeonelC from his addon "NeuralPack"
I take the alpha face texture an model head from "Ted Backman the HECU" from Alpha_Barney in MODDB. And the original model belongs to Magic_Nipples from his addon "Barney Beta - Ted Backman" In MODDB too.
Small clarification: on the cover is the model with Ted's textures in Absolute Zero, which I eliminated because the team of that mod does not want their work to be distributed in other mods or addons. It's only on the cover. The model I used for Ted was made with thing of the model made by Magic_Nipples.
Though may I make just one minor suggestion? You've made Barney's face far off from what Valve originally tried to achieve. You know why is that? here's why:
there's this really old T.V show or something, known as The Andy Griffith Show. There was this character played by Don Knotts, who was named... you know what? Deputy Barney Fife. The original Barney's face is actually Don Knotts' face. Take a look yourself:
So yeah, this is what Valve was trying to achieve. Hey here's an idea. For your next skin, try modelling him after Don's face.
Also, another tiny bit of Trivia. The show also had a character named, yep you guessed it... Otis. Who at least, was a little bit of inspiration for the retail Otis.
