Version 2.2 now has a RNG variant. "Wait how? I thought the closest thing was to modify the map and that method doesn't even do RNG?" I used to think so too but thanks to Shadow_RUN, RNG can be done in HL2 by following Ellie's guides that were made for L4D2. This RNG type from the guide is Real RNG, meaning that the variants will be loaded in the same map at the same time! If you want both standard and the blue eyed version at the same time, just grab the RNG VPK and you'll encounter both.
This is version 2 of the Improved Metrocop Redux. Featuring enhanced parts from the source files of one of the earlier Metrocops and now using Paynamia's HQ model.
This mod/skin is a combination of all the highest quality improvements for the default Metrocop, while staying as "canon" and "lore-friendly" as possible. All fixes also apply to Barney.

Known Issues: - The back of the vest still isn't 100% aligned. - Upon death, the ragdolls tend to to be a bit "jumpy." This is due to how Crowbar handles compiling models sometimes. - RNG upon death, the blue eye version will turn back to the regular

Themanclaw hasn't been online for about two years and his license for
the Improved Metrocop says "If you're going to re-distribute this skin,
just give me credit " so if he does come back and would have an issue
with this upload to please contact me and we'll work something out.
hmm is it possible that you can remake or made the soldier ( shotgunner and the prison guard ), elite , human and the rebel a proper over houl? like this for example staying true to the original model but with higher detail of course. iam just askin is it possible or will you make it someday?
I didn't realize that after doing the last update, I accidentally included a metrocop sheet without the armband markings (oops) so I'll apply the selfillum to the correct sheet and then make updated VPKs, sorry for the inconvenience and the archive will be updated soon to include the fix.
