- Added Luigi into the ending credits - Added Luigi into the Game Over scene - Peach/Toad calls you Luigi now - Luigi is now in the 100 "Luigi" Challenge - Changed Luigi's "Lets a Go to his NSMBW one" - Luigi's voice when you cross a flag pole Luigi is now in the 10 Mario Challenge image in the main menu -Added "Weegee Time" to the intro (All but Sunday) I may have forgotten things but this is the main basis of this update!
Yet to be added:
-Some lines need to be turned down and turned up -NSMBU skin isn't fixed -Still some Mario's to be removed
- Changing some of the SM1 ? skins - Remove more Mario's from the game
So a few people have been working on a Luigi reskin for Mario Maker and I thought,"Hey, this can be improved" So I set off to improve the mod! I found made by MasterVermilli0n who made the NSMBU reskin and another by NinjaGrump who made every other reskin. The problem with these two is that they were seperate files and used the same file (bad way to put it but whatever) and you would have to manually port the skins into a single skinpack. In this mod that is already done for you and you don't have to waste your time! YAY!!!
As I said I set out to "Improve" the mod so I made some adjustments and I will try to address all of them here before you.
Luigi says "Lets-a-go" instead of Mario now 100/10 Mario lives challenge now replaces Mario in almost every way! All skins in one pack
Yet to be added
Fully working skin for Luigi (NSMBU) Mario still voices Luigi when crossing a checkpoint (NSMBU) Luigi Flag (NSMBU) Replace every trace of Mario with Luigi (All around) Yet to be though of... (?)
I hope you enjoy my mod and I hope that this will drive people to continue the Luigi mod so that we can get a fully working mod in the future and I am glad I can be part of it!
Can you tell me how to merge the StaticSkin.pack, Static.pack and Sound.pack files? I am trying to load the SMB1 Allstars theme and the SMB3 Allstars theme at the same time but can't have both mods loaded at once because you can only have one Static.pack, StaticSkin.pack and Sound.pack file. I tried using Hj Split to merge the Static.pack, StaticSkin.pack, and Sound.pack files from the SMB1 Allstars mod with the ones from the SMB3 Allstars mod. This didn't work though as in game, the custom enemie sprites for example, only load in the Mario 1 style and not in the Mario 3 style. So clearly I am doing it wrong. I don't know if I should be using a different program to merge them or what. If someone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
This is really nice! You might want to use the "Let's a go from the NSMB games rather than the one from 3D Land, I'd say it's more fitting. Also I'm not sure but is the SMW jump animation really like that or is it incorrect?
