Shadings are not active. Change the phong value to the 1 and write the 0.9 value to the phongboost section. For other players, this is the new shading option. You can use this and fix the shadings: https://ufile.io/a79lc This link will die in 1 month.
The animations are decent, however the pacing of the reload is a bit inconsistent, particularly with the mag in. You could've also compiled these animations on a better model, as the one you used only has a diffuse.
As much as i love the animations .. i love that small detail of mag slowly sliding off so a hand is forced to push it one more time +1 on that
Tho you have to work on the gloss map / shader texture for a source, not only it's reflection is wierd.. it's gloss is a bit to... glossy xd - would feel look over the rainy map to imitate the effect of wet cover, tho we have nothing like that here :(
Also if you want to use AO map over the texture, remember to put some attention to how it looks, if you look on a mag it's "shadow" on the half of the magazine is wierd because AO was wrongly implemented
