Hello, i'm glad to reintroduce you something I have already released a while ago: My HD models for the Half-Life's Health & H.E.V. Chargers.
They're HD recreations of the Half-Life iconic chargers, I made sure to make them as fidel to the original game's artwork as possible. I gave them as much details as i could, keeping a decent polycount limit of about 1500 triangles each: 1418 tris for the Health charger & 1514 tris for the HEV charger.
Each charger uses only one 512x512 texture (+ the fullbright texture)
Note: This is not a model replacement for any existing model in the game. You will need to put them in the maps yourself if you want to use them in vanilla Half-Life
If you play Sven Co-op, a Angelscript plugin is featured with the pack.
The chargers have the exact same size as the HL's default chargers prefabs. So they should fit perfectly as replacements for any of your maps!
The model pack doesn't only contain models; In fact, I also featured a testmap (and it's .rmf file) to let you test the model and use it as a prefab for your own maps!
The pack also contains a Angelscript plugin for Sven Co-op created by Nero (server side plugin), which will automatically replace all the charger brushes in every maps with my new models! Pretty sweet, right?
As I previously stated it, the models are not replacements! They are ressources for mappers.
The plugin provided with the pack will only work on Sven Co-op, unfortunately vanilla Half-Life doesn't allow such fancy improvements.
The growing in the dark textures will only work on either Sven Co-op or Xash3D engine.
The models can be used in Half-Life maps, I'm pretty confident you can make them work if you have some spare time to spend.

- Extract the model files in "svencoop_addon\models\"
- Place "chargerreplacer.as" in "scripts\plugins\"
- Add the following to "svencoop\default_plugins.txt" :
"name" "Charger Replacer"
NOTE: if the game is already running when you install these files, use the "as_reloadplugins" command in your console.
