Unfortunately, it seems that you've removed all the shading detail on the outfit in the process of doing this.
Looking at the texture map (image attached), you applied one pattern (in different colours) to the entire outfit and the accessories. Things like the grenades ended up muddy looking as a result. Compare the orange area on the grenades of the original soldier. There are clear angles to the panels. You need to invest some time shading edges again.
The spoon on the grenades being the same colour as the main body really makes the grenades blend in at the top and look more like some sort of canteen from a distance, which is unfortunate, as these should really pop when looking at the outfit. As it stands, the red spoons feel more like an afterthought than anything.
Similar to the grenades, the satchels have lost the detail on their clasps, where on the original they appeared to have metal ends to the latches, they now are completely green and lack any real dimension. At least contrast the tips of the latches and give some shading back to the satchel.
Onto the belts. The designs themselves I don't actually mind. I think the patterns came out quite crisp considering. It does cover over all the detail that they once had with some white pattern with dark noise, but it fits the aesthetic. You need to add more texture to these parts, though. As far as I can tell, they're meant to be fur/fleece like. These don't really look it. Try playing around with different base textures to get more definition out of them, and perhaps even try it out with the normal maps on these parts to get even farther.
