    The texture itself is great but it looks like your normals have a classic case of white alphas. By default source reads the alpha channel of your normal map as a specular map. Your texture is unusually shiny because source doesn't have any information to read. Don't be discouraged though, other than that you've been putting out some really high quality reskins lately.

    Good, very good.

    Although, I feel "Made by the combine" is a bit cheesy. I doubt the combine market their stuff. I think the model number should be "Unit Number" to suggest the combine have a wireless ability to remotely lock and unlock them, giving purpose to designation numbers. 

    I'm not crazy about the sheen, I can't tell if that's phong or improper smoothing of the model, I know the combine have a sleek techno metal motif but their stuff is usually iridescent and more matte, not chrome shiny. Shiny plastic-like is more of the aperture science motif, in my opinion. Combine are militant, bio-mechanical, matte-iridescent, techno-vikings.

    In other words I suggest marking the faces flat, and relying on something such as phong in the textures to make your sheen. I'd also suggest some use of $detailtextures to give it a little weathering, a lot of these locks are outside further on in the game. But that's just me, I'm sure I'm outnumbered in my opinion, as always. 

    BUT it is more than I've seen before so I can't really be picky, now can I?
