Meteor compatible; unfortunately, due to limitations, only his costumes and CSPs will be installed. By default, puts all 8 costumes over slots 9-16.

    Hey there! I wanna use this and the Black Knight Models to make an animation, but none of the files in the download are compatible with 3DS Max (or at least my copy of it)
    Is there any way that anyone knows to make it so that the model files can be imported into 3DS Max?

    I put shovel knight over all of toon links slots and have additonal slots for black knight but whenever I have Shovel Knight's default costume go with Black Knight's default in any match it messes up Black Knight making him have some of Shovel Knights Textures

    It was brought to my attention only recently, because nobody had mentioned it until like two days ago. It happens because for some reason, the pure black parts of his mesh, like the insides of his armor and his head, don't get flattened.     That sucks.. I really really like this skin.  You did a great job on it.  Do you know anything about texid fixing it?
    Not really. To be honest TexID is not my strong point. I used the auto mass Tex ID fixer, which worked for me. Perhaps it was because I used it over extra slots. Maybe it happens because you use it over a default slot... assuming that's what you're doing. Otherwise I don't know. Try using the Auto Mass Tex ID fixer after you put it in your Sm4shexplorer.
    Using the auto mass tex id fixer is what I first used.  I ended up fixing it via manually setting the slots with this command:

    TexIDfix.py workspace\content\patch\data\fighter\toonlink\model\body\c09\model.nud workspace\content\patch\data\fighter\toonlink\model\body\c09\model.nut 9
    and
    TexIDfix.py workspace\content\patch\data\fighter\toonlink\model\body\c10\model.nud workspace\content\patch\data\fighter\toonlink\model\body\c10\model.nut 10

    It's strange though, now that I fixed them, Black Knight shows up fine on Plains of Passage/Explodatorium, but Shovel Knight doesn't.

    Just take the files from the corresponding files, and rename them accordingly. For example, if you only want the standard blue skin over Toon Link's 8th slot, just take the c08 folder in the costumeslots folder, rename it to c07, and install it into data>fighter>toonlink>model>body. Also take the csps labelled "c09" from the UI folder, rename to "c08", and install them in their respective folders. The rest is up to you.

    You don't name the UI with c08 or whatever, you name them 08 or more detailed, like this; chr_00_Toonlink_09, chr_11_Toonlink_09, chr_13_Toonlink_09, and stock_90_Toonlink_09. Just to make it clear for those who need it.
