Spent some weeks working on these, it covers 11 characters, which I resculpted the faces, baked new normals, and retextured according to their respective actors the best I could, well, most of them at least.
The character list it covers goes as following:
The main improvements were getting rid of static lighting and reflections on their faces and improving the eyes shading. Making the faces look more natural.
It was like trying to polish not only a turd but an entire pile of shit, I've seen the original high-poly's of some of the characters and they're not bad at all, but it seems like something goes very wrong in the process of baking and final texturing those since they end up like these, Their UV's are quite stretchy all over, and doesn't allow for much fine detailing, motive why I had to use original hair in the great majority of them.
Between other problems, I noticed some of the base models doesn't even match the actor's face, or at least the'y were not intended to (you can hardly make Wick actually look like Keanu Reeves). But other than that it was a really fun project to work on, and I hope you like the outcome
Simply drag the folder "FaceRetextures" into the "mod_overwrites" folder, located at "...\Steam\SteamApps\common\PAYDAY 2".
I'm not sure if ModBoy has compatibility with Payday 2 yet.
In case you don't like any of the retextures you can simply remove them by deleting the respective file, you'll find the files browsing deeper into the FaceRetextures folder. Note that hoxton goes for Houston while old_hoxton is the actual Hoxton.
