vmt: don't see any issues
basetexture: most of the changes, in fact, take away definition. Pretty much replacing nice details with ugly flatness. The logo on the back loos especially bad due to you keeping that computery gloss on it for whatever reason. Your changes are also inconsistent between red and blue
normal: another pointless and poorly rendered normal
