Particles were appearing on every weapon after you grab the sledgehammer, had to remove them to fix it.
Hey guys, this release is one of the scrapped concept ideas that we had planned for the Left 4 Dead 2 Skinning Contest. I thought this concept would be worth a shot, so I took the last week to make this release! I hope you enjoy the Electric Sledgehammer.

All you have to do is drop the .vpk file into "C:/Program files/Steam/steamapps/common/left4dead2/left4dead2/addons/" and enjoy it in-game.

This I agree with. Adding LOD models isn't a bad idea. Or at the least, the world model could benefit from being lower poly since it won't be seen in such detail.
Also, the way the sounds are setup will inevitably cause glitches (the notorious screeching audio).
With the electric\_sledgehammer folder in the addons directory, go in game and enter "snd_buildsoundcachefordirectory addons/electric\_sledgehammer".
A sound.cache file will be created in the sound directory of electric\_sledgehammer. VPK that folder and that should take care of it.
Heh, I noticed the detail on the battery while looking at the p3d.
Anyway, you did an amazing job, the only problem is that it looks super high-poly and would probably cause some lag on my 3 year old macbook pro. Oh well. Keep up the good work, I love your stuff!
