Ever wondered why you never solved that good ole Rubik's Cube?
Simple really, it would explode if you did. Ignore all that 'Algorithms' crap, all they do is swap the stickers quickly.
The wonderful science people at CS:S Mania have altered this classicly deadly children's toy to suit the every day soldier perfectly. Relive your frustrating childhood memories while blowing those bad guys to bits!
So this is just one part of CS:S Mania's entry into the Toy Time contest, I hope you enjoy it.
Comes bundled with...
1. A Rubik's Replacement for your HE, Flash and Smoke grenades with corresponding colours for each.
2. World models, both on player and thrown.
3. Buy Menu images

Now this was an absolute treat to find. The use of different colors (or rather different sides I guess) for the different grenades is ingenious.
Sadly, the Rubik's Cube sitting on my desk looks nothing like these neat and tidy explosive versions :) 10/10
Interesting note: while clipping with the free view camera, I noticed there's no texture on the internal components. Most likely deliberate, since you never see those parts while playing, but I could just be playing with an older version of the skin.

Ah it must've been removed when Kosai flagged it. He didn't realise it was for the Competition though, and it was supposed to be part of a larger project, which the studio was working on, thereby making it a studio release. Unfortunately, the man behind the map is nowhere to be seen, and it puts me in a rather annoying position, as there is no other submitted work from CSS Mania, so i suppose it should be an independent release, which in turn makes it ineligible as an entry, and so mucks up all my work.
