alias toggleon "echo On;cl_first_person_uses_world_model 1;tf_taunt_first_person 1; bind shift toggleoff"
alias toggleoff "echo Off;cl_first_person_uses_world_model 0;tf_taunt_first_person 0; bind shift toggleon"
bind <KEY> "toggleon"
As you can see from the script, pressing whatever key you bind will make it so you look like you're actually in the game. This is great for some weapons and not so good for others, so it's nice to have a key to quickly switch between the two visual styles. For example, this works great on the pistol but not so much on the rocket launcher and scattergun.

Same script without toggle: (Two buttons for on/off) http://gamebanana.com/scripts/7950

Generic toggle script: (I used this as a template) http://gamebanana.com/scripts/6870

    bind <KEY> "incrementvar cl_first_person_uses_world_model 0 1 1;incrementvar tf_taunt_first_person 0 1 1"

This command is simpler and easier to make.

How does one use this script?

Copy the script itself into your autoexec.cfg file in your cfg folder. If you don't have one, there are plenty of tutorials and I think there is also one on this site. This script shouldn't be any different from others.
Ok, 2nd question, when binding a key do i keep the <> parts in my autoexec?

In my case, i want to bind it to shift.

You don't keep <> so you would just write shift.
