Rookie Bowser request

The blue maked Bowser from Superstar Saga. I have a chr _00 for the mod, but GameBanana messes up the file when I upload it here. I'll email (or give you the file in Skype or Discord if you PM me) the file to you if you decide to do the skin, but you (or someone) needs to make the chr_11, chr_13, & stock_90 for the file.
