Changing the Text Label on Item Meters

Question

I am currently trying to find a way to change the color value of ItemEffectMeterLabel under Resource/UI/HudItemEffectMeter.res and others under a similar name.I don't know what to do in order to edit this color's value. I have tried FgColor and FgColor_override as well as making a copy element of the text and trying to allow changing the color there but with no luck.Do keep in mind that I am quite well versed in HUD editing, so anything you throw my way is at least something to help me.Note: I have seen other HUDs to this in the past but when I try to replicate it, I fail to recreate it, even with copy and pasting the code.I don't know why this doesn't work; I do have a feeling that this is a bug in HUD editing on valve's part and I need to post a bug report about this element, or it may be intentional... for some reason.TL;DR:I'm wanting to change the color of the text in ItemEffectMeterLabel in the HudItemEffectMeter*.res files to gray or black to stand out over the meters.
