Well I have a few doubts that I need to solve for a long time (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES OF YOUR RESPECTIVE NUMBER):

1) How do I change the name of an zone within the time attack menu. (I know how to do it in the selection but not inside)

2) How do I change the abbreviation of the zones in the competition menu?

3) How do I change the name of the zones in the competition results?

4) There is the possibility of adding 2 buttons to configure the controls of player 3 and player 4? If so, how do I do it?

Updated (09/11/19) I questioned the following things:

5) How do I remove the decorative borders (Shadow) from the save slot?

6) How do I change the design of the save slot? to create another shape that is not completely rectangular.

7) How do I add the screen animation without signal to another menu entry (I managed to add it but it didn't look animated)

8) And finally for the moment. Is it possible to change any of these entries to enter the Level Select instead of what it says?

I can answer number 2. In "SaveSelectEN.gif", (Directory: [mod name]/Data/Sprites/UI/SaveSelectEN.gif) There are the sprites for the abbreviated zone names. Doing this will change the TIme Attack ones and the Save Select abbreviations though. Hope I answered your question!

For number 4, it is technically possible, but you need the Dev Menu active. Press Esc, go to Options, and press Configure Inputs. There can be up to 4 "controllers" on one keyboard. If you're asking how to put it in the actual menu options, I don't know, but the Dev Menu is a workaround.

For number 3, I would need more proof, but I think it works like the credits does. I cannot get the RSDKv5 extractor to work, but there may be a .txt file for the names of the zones for competition mode. This hypothetical .txt file would be located in
[mod name]/Data/Strings. Changing the names of the zones in the .txt file may do the same thing as what happens if you edit the Credits.txt file. The game reads the .txt file and the game puts the letters from the .txt into the game's letters. Just don't put any unicode symbols in the .txt file that the game doesn't have or the game will crash.

Number 5 is pretty easy, and should only require a sprite swap. The border for the No Save is in the SaveSelect.gif, and replacing it with the pink colour that the game reads as "transparency" should get rid of it. The top-left edge of this box is located at position 92, 0 on the sprite sheet.

Number 8... oof... I might know how to do it... Using Mania Hex, go to Scene Link Editour, double click "Extras", and click D.A. Garden Plus. The original D.A. Garden isn't used anymore, so make sure not to edit that one. Once D.A. Garden Plus is selected, click the button on the right that says "Change Folder". Change "DAGarden" to "LSelect". Once done, click the "Change Type" button. Change "5" to "0". Save it, make a backup of your current GameConfig.bin, and test if the link works. I'm not sure if this works for normal gameplay, but I do know that it works in the Dev Menu. Look at the image below to see if you end up with the correct thing.
