Will Mods disable achievements on Steam

Question

This is likely a stupid question, but I still have achievements I want to obtain on my second play-through. Will modding my game disable the ability to obtain them? Or am I fine to use mods and get the achievements I need to 100%?

I've used many mods on my initial playthrough and I got achievements, so there's no need to worry.
