I'm assuming you've already installed the SA2 Mod Loader. Go to your game directory where your SA2 game files are located (Steam > steamapps > common > Sonic Adventure 2). There, you should have a folder labeled "mods." This will be where you want to put your music folder. Now, to make the folder for your music, go to your SA2 Mod Loader and look for a "New Mod" button. Follow the instructions and check "Open Folder" so once you fill out the information, you'll have immediate access to it. Once you do that, create a new folder in that folder called "gd_PC" and create another folder inside that and call it "ADX." Finally, move your adx file into this folder and name it the same file name of the song you want to play (ex. name your file A_MINE to have your song play over the Aquatic Mine Stage).

Hope all of that helps. I'm a new user myself so I couldn't post pictures but I hope that I was clear enough for you to understand. Good luck!

Don't know how to loop tracks myself but if you have the audio tracks you want to use saved as ADX files can swap them over the original ADX files.

Stage music is located in the "ADX" folder within the "gd_PC" folder ( Sonic Adventure 2 > resource > gd_PC > ADX ). The names of the ADX file(s) for each stage are relatively self-explanatory such as "g_hill.adx" being Green Hill, stages like Metal Harbour with multiple music tracks have multiple files with numbers ("1" is the default).
