All of the doors and frames have 15 different skins.
The included .vmf shows you how to place the doors, frames and steps in your map for a perfect look. The steps don't have to be used if you don't want.
Be careful when using the door01* models, it may can work if you use the door models as prop_door_rotating, but its better when use the glass as prop_door_rotating and parent the door model on it, like in the example map, but set the skin to 0, otherwise there won't be a sound and an error message in the console.
All models except the glass models are metal, supporting envmap and phong shaders.
