    Pros: Never would've thought of this, great idea. Cons: Going Down Improvements: None Notes: Valve: "There will probably be no custom maps for tf2 so get rid of all ladders!"

    Sweeeeeeet! While I concede the point that ladders are not an ideal solution the majority of the time, I think there are quite a few occasions when they help a lot. Mainly narrow spaces in which a ramp or stairs would be too cumbersome. I have some such places in one of my own levels so I'm lookin forward to having this ladder in there! Thanks!

    Just personally tested the ladder in-game. Works a treat. Only problem is going back down (which is understandable). Apart from utilizing elevators - this is the BEST current workaround for ladders :)

    You didn't really make all the brushes to a func_ladder, did you? You have to tie it to func_detail, make a new brush with the same size and 1 unit betwen the ladder and itself. Texture it "ladder" and tie it to func_ladder. Saves many recourses
