What it does:
When crafting infiltration tools, there is a 10% chance that Joker crafts an extra tool, and receives an extra point in proficiency. While cool, let's be honest, people love saving and reloading. This mod disables the RNG and gets rid of the extra steps and time waste.
Compatibility notes:
- This mod is incompatible with anything that edits the infiltration tool script. (field/panel/fldPanelToolWindow.pac)
